The company provides safety products and managed employee programs that help large organizations improve employee protection, program participation, compliance, reporting, and overall safety outcomes. The Industrial segment is entering an important growth and transformation phase, creating an opportunity for a proven leader to build the brand, strengthen the product offering, and scale the business.

Responsibilites

  • Own the Industrial segment’s P&L, including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, operating expenses, and investment priorities
  • Develop and execute the segment’s short-term and long-term growth strategy
  • Build an integrated go-to-market plan across product, pricing, sales, marketing, distribution, partnerships, and digital channels
  • Lead, structure, and develop a high-performing team with clear priorities and accountability
  • Identify, qualify, and advance strategic opportunities ranging from mid-market accounts to multimillion-dollar national programs
  • Build strong relationships with safety leaders, procurement teams, industrial distributors, strategic partners, and executive decision-makers
  • Partner with Product Development to translate customer feedback and market insights into new products and solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, e-commerce, and customer implementation teams
  • Help customers improve employee enrollment, program adoption, change management, reporting, and long-term participation
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting processes, pipeline standards, performance reviews, and corrective action plans
  • Support business development leaders in the field and help advance the company’s most strategic opportunities

You Should Apply If You Have

  • 12 or more years of progressive leadership experience within industrial products, safety equipment, PPE, workplace footwear, workwear, industrial distribution, or B2B durable goods
  • Seven or more years of full P&L ownership with a track record of profitable growth
  • Experience building, scaling, or turning around a business unit, market segment, or product category
  • At least four years of experience leading national or strategic account sales teams
  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities valued at $1 million or more
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, customer implementation, and organizational change management
  • Ability to sell measurable safety and business outcomes rather than transactional products
  • Experience working across sales, product development, marketing, operations, and supply chain
  • Strong knowledge of pipeline qualification, strategic account planning, pricing, and performance management
  • Entrepreneurial leadership style with a high level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence customers, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Willingness to travel 50% to 75%
