Oracle Health Cerner Implementation Opportunities

Our client is supporting a major nationwide electronic health record modernization initiative. This large scale program will implement, integrate, optimize, and support Oracle Health Cerner technology across hospitals and outpatient facilities throughout the United States.

We are building a team of healthcare technology professionals for remote, long term contract opportunities. The broader program is expected to continue for five to ten years and will require travel to VA facilities during implementation, readiness, and go live periods.

Overview

We are hiring across four areas:

Oracle Health Cerner Implementation Consultant

Work directly with healthcare stakeholders to evaluate clinical and operational workflows, guide system configuration, identify implementation risks, and support end user readiness and adoption.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Cerner applications, healthcare workflows, system configuration, implementation consulting, client meetings, training, and hospital go lives.

Oracle Health Cerner Program Manager

Lead project delivery, client relationships, implementation plans, resources, schedules, financials, milestones, risks, and escalations across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing large healthcare technology implementations, complex stakeholder groups, executive relationships, and cross functional delivery teams. Previous experience as an Engagement Owner, Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Leader is highly relevant.

Oracle Health Cerner Integration Architect

Provide technical and solution leadership across complex Oracle Health Cerner implementations. Lead solution design, system validation, integration planning, issue resolution, change management, and technical coordination across applications and care environments.

Ideal candidates will have broad Cerner product knowledge, healthcare integration experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical teams and senior client leadership.

Oracle Health Cerner Revenue Cycle Architect

Lead revenue cycle workflow, solution design, testing, conversion readiness, financial reporting, and implementation strategy across the healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates will have deep Cerner revenue cycle experience and a strong understanding of patient accounting, billing, charge capture, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and revenue cycle performance metrics. This person must be comfortable working directly with revenue cycle leaders, CIOs, CFOs, and implementation teams.

Profile For Best Success Should Include

• Experience with Oracle Health, Cerner, healthcare IT, health information technology, EHR, or EMR implementations

• Experience supporting complex healthcare technology projects within hospitals or large health systems

• Strong client facing communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively with clinical, technical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders

• Federal government experience

• Experience with system implementation, workflow optimization, integration, program delivery, or revenue cycle operations

• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide based on project needs

• United States citizenship and the ability to satisfy all federal background and security requirements associated with the engagement

• Comfort working remotely while supporting onsite implementation, readiness, training, and go live activities
