Our client is a leading organization operating complex, mission-critical facilities where electrical safety, energy control, and operational reliability are essential. They are seeking an Energy Marshall to serve as the primary authority for hazardous energy control, LOTO procedures, and facility energy safety.

Short Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Hazardous Energy Control Procedures
  • Oversee complex energy isolation, electrical switching, and system restoration activities
  • Audit electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and chemical energy isolation procedures
  • Perform field safety audits for OSHA 1910.147 and NFPA 70E compliance
  • Coordinate contractor isolation procedures during facility outages and maintenance
  • Monitor facility utilities and identify energy efficiency opportunities across HVAC and equipment
  • Maintain isolation logs, zero-energy permits, and equipment documentation
  • Lead LOTO and energy control training for engineers, contractors, and field personnel
  • Support emergency shutdown procedures and operational readiness

You Should Apply If You Have:

  • 3–5+ years of experience within industrial plants, high-voltage environments, or complex facilities
  • Associate’s or vocational degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology, Facilities Engineering, EHS, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910.147, NFPA 70E, and hazardous energy control procedures
  • Experience with electrical switching, LOTO, and complex energy isolation
  • Ability to read P&IDs and electrical single-line diagrams
  • Experience working with BMS and/or SCADA systems
  • Strong safety leadership, communication, and field coordination skills
  • CEM and/or OSHA 30 certification preferred
