Jonathan Millet

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jon Millet has 10+ years of experience in the staffing industry. With his extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, Jon prides himself on providing the highest level of customer service and workforce delivery to his clients. Not only is he knowledgeable of current market trends, but builds strong business relationships through personal interaction. He 

has helped build multi-million dollar companies in the industry, and has managed Fortune 500 accounts granting him a “Top Vendor” title. Originally from Syracuse, New York, Jon graduated with a Bachelors in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego. Jon now resides in South Florida where he enjoys family time, golfing, fishing, hunting, smoking meats, and all things sports related.

Brett Sarubbi

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Brett Sarubbi has 10+ years of experience in the staffing industry.  He is coming from a C-level role where he helped build a firm from scratch to a multi-million dollar organization. Brett thrives on understanding business initiatives and aligning with them to best partner with his clients.  His charismatic and straight forward nature makes working with him 

seamless. Brett has an advanced technical background, having obtained a Bachelors of Science in Physics from the State University of New York at Oswego.  Prior to moving to South Florida, Brett lived in Martha’s Vineyard and Syracuse, New York.  When he’s not doing business, Brett is an adventure enthusiast and jumps at the opportunity to get some adrenaline flowing.
