Short Overview Of Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in onboarding and managing both new and existing funds, ensuring seamless operations from day one.
- Drive accurate management fee calculations and oversee capital calls and distributions to investors.
- Deliver insightful fund performance analysis, including regulatory net performance, Net IRR, and ad hoc pro-forma requests.
- Maintain and enhance financial models, supporting calculations, and documentation for credit facilities and related financing needs.
Profile For Best Success Should Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 4 years of private equity accounting, finance, operations and/or PE fund administration.
- Initiative to reach for increasing levels of responsibility as the firm continues to grow.
