Short Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve a firmwide AI training and upskilling curriculum across multiple user groups and business functions
  • Manage third party training partners including vendor selection, content customization, and performance oversight
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs while maintaining deep knowledge of enterprise AI tools
  • Oversee training operations including scheduling, communications, compliance tracking, and program logistics
  • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and business impact of AI training initiatives
  • Build ROI reporting for leadership, linking training outcomes to productivity gains and platform usage
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive change management and embed AI adoption across the organization

You Should Apply If You Have:

  • Experience managing training or enablement programs, ideally with exposure to vendor coordination and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise AI tools and prompt engineering with the ability to translate capabilities into practical use cases
  • Track record of measuring program effectiveness and using data to improve outcomes
  • Ability to operate across both strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
