Short Overview of Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to analyze, redesign, and optimize operational workflows across front-office and back-office functions
• Lead process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives designed to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management
• Assist with vendor evaluations, RFI/RFP processes, system selection, and enterprise technology implementations
• Develop business requirements, process documentation, training materials, and change management plans for key initiatives
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology teams to implement automation solutions, reporting workflows, and AI-enabled business processes
• Build and configure AI-driven tools, prompts, and workflow solutions tailored to finance and operational use cases
• Support project planning, stakeholder communications, steering committee reporting, testing, and project execution across multiple concurrent initiatives

You Should Apply If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, transformation, fund operations, investment banking, public accounting, or related environments
• Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, operational workflows, and alternative investment industry processes
• Experience leading process improvement, business transformation, automation, or systems implementation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements, map workflows, and translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions
• Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies, along with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
