Senior Lead Analyst, IT Support

Short Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Service Desk analysts and IT interns, driving technical growth and professional development
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Tier 2-3 issues across hardware, software, mobile, enterprise applications, and network systems
  • Oversee daily Service Desk operations, ensuring SLAs are met and incidents are resolved efficiently
  • Partner with IT management to build and improve support processes, procedures, and escalation protocols
  • Provide input on system upgrades, new technology rollouts, and initiatives that improve productivity and security
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle, including imaging, configuration, and inventory accuracy
  • Monitor enterprise systems and endpoint security tools, proactively identifying and addressing issues before they escalate

You Should Apply If You Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Service Desk or enterprise IT support experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility
  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and Intune
  • Strong background in Windows Server, VMware, networking, and Cisco/Fortinet firewalls and endpoint security
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as PRTG or LogicMonitor
  • A track record of mentoring and developing junior IT staff while staying hands-on
  • Willingness to work 100% onsite, with an annual rotation between the firm’s Coral Gables and Miami/Brickell offices
