With a strong reputation in the healthcare space, they partner with major hospital systems, research institutions, and healthcare organizations on projects ranging from renovations and campus expansions to large scale ground up facilities.
Due to continued growth and upcoming expansion initiatives, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. Recruiter to help scale the organization and support strategic hiring efforts across architecture, engineering, and corporate functions.

Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. Recruiter will lead full cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business units, with a strong focus on architecture, engineering, and healthcare design related talent.
This individual will partner directly with leadership to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and support the company’s continued growth initiatives. The role requires someone who understands the architecture, engineering, and construction landscape, particularly within healthcare focused environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage full cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry outreach
- Build pipelines for architects, project managers, engineers, and related technical talent
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Assist with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Support hiring efforts tied to future growth and acquisitions
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring logistics
- Help establish scalable recruiting infrastructure as the company expands
Profile For Best Success Should Include
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting within architecture, engineering, construction, or healthcare design environments strongly preferred
- Understanding of the A&E industry and technical recruiting workflows
- Experience recruiting project architects, project managers, engineers, or related design professionals preferred
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, growth oriented environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Self starter mentality with strong organizational skills
- Experience supporting high growth organizations is a plus
Location
Preference is for candidates located in the Dallas Fort Worth area, though strong remote candidates will also be considered.
