Short Overview of Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering drawings, revisions, and documentation control activities across multiple industrial equipment product lines
- Own and support the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process to ensure all engineering changes are properly documented and communicated
- Maintain accurate revisions of engineering drawings, service manuals, technical documentation, and related product records
- Support Engineering Product Managers by coordinating and documenting engineering changes
- Lead initiatives to improve drawing standards, document organization, standardization, and engineering control processes
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Service, Parts, and Engineering teams to ensure product documentation remains accurate and up to date
- Provide engineering documentation support for equipment operating in the field
- Utilize SolidWorks, Inventor, and related CAD platforms to create, update, and maintain engineering documentation
You Should Apply If You Have:
- Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Design, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline
- 2+ years of CAD Design, CAD Drafting, or Engineering Documentation experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with SolidWorks and Inventor
- Experience managing engineering drawings, revisions, drafting standards, and document control processes
- Familiarity with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing documentation
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams
