Chris is a specialized executive recruiter focused on the alternative investment and financial services industries. He partners with private equity firms, fund administrators, and fintech companies to build high-performing finance, operations, and client success teams.

Chris originally founded Alternative Investment Staffing and now leads recruitment efforts nationally under the TalentPartners brand. He has successfully placed leadership and strategic roles across private funds, asset managers, and technology providers, supporting the investment management ecosystem.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Chris brings deep industry knowledge and a strong national network to every search. He is a graduate of SUNY Oswego and is a snow bird spending half of his time in New York and Charlotte, North Carolina.
